Standing up for someone without being compelled by your emotions is nust as brave though. And I thinking Fiona standing up for Eremis just now involved more emotion than she’s comfortable admitting
I can imagine that would be tough… but you can be a good person without empathy. One of my closest friends struggles to be empathetic, but he’s still one of the kindest people I know.
Off topic, but I realized the Alchemist likely isn’t Tristan. It’s Metordain. I’ll update my list.
