I wanted her to be reading some old school fantasy paperbacks (Fiona doesn't get her taste in books from nowhere) and it is very difficult to find photos of book spines online. So I randomly picked these off my shelf. I admit that I have not actually read them. When I was in middle school I went to a Library bag sale in my hometown where you could buy a bag full of their old books for 5 dollars. I brought a trash bag and just emptied the entire fantasy and scifi shelf... They let me get away with that for some reason. I imagine they were just happy a 14 year old was excited about books.
I believe I tried to read them but at the time they didn't grab me and I never went back to them. If you have read them let me know! Are they worth the read?
Man, after binging the comic to get to this point it’s going to be a difficult adjustment to do page by page (As a fellow comic creator, I am not suggesting in any fashion that you have to produce faster. I can be patient, but getting things in large chunks was very cool.)

I never read those books, I randomly bounced through fantasy at the public library, found d&d books, got very sidetracked.
